| A well hidden treasure in the spectacular whitewashed village of Gaucin, Casa de la Luna offers lots of romance, peace and quiet. from the house and its terraces you have absolutely stunning views. Standing in the quiet street in front of an undistinguished façade (as the Moorish used to build their houses) you would hardly believe that a small paradise lies behind it. |

| A lovely surprise are the spacious terraced garden, the romantic pool area and the gorgeous views. Once at Casa de la Luna, it is hard to believe that you just entered a town house. Yet a town house it is, with the lively centre of Gaucin with its many bars and shops a stone throw away. Casa de la Luna is close to some of the best beaches in Europe, many golf courses and all general amenities. The beautiful mountainous countryside is inviting you to explore on foot or horseback with little disturbance except for a herd of sheep or goats. |

| Upon entering the house you will instantly feel at home. The artistic mixture of the contemporary style with a Moorish touch is present in all details. From the hallway you enter the spacious living room. The room is very bright and airy, yet the carefully dosed touch of colours gives this room a very cosy feel. On an occasional cooler day You will love to snug up at the sofa near the large open fire. |

| The living room has satellite TV with UK channels and DVD. The house offers wireless internet. Throughout the house you will find many lovely details, inside as well as out. From the living area large doors open up to the shaded terrace and the terraced garden which looks out to the distant mountains. |

| The pool area at the very end of the garden is partly walled to make the area really intimate and to ensure that you are not overlooked. From the garden the views go over the whole coastal area up to the sea in the far distance. |

| Inside the house you will find the spacious open plan kitchen to the right of the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, enormous gas hob – you will love to chef here!- two gas ovens and fridge. Part of the kitchen, including the washing machines, is located in an adjoining room through an archway. |

| There is an inside dining area, easily seating four, but probably you will mostly have your breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco in the lovely garden. Open stairs lead to the second floor where you will find the two double bedrooms. |

| The main bedroom is a very romantic room with a comfortable double bed with top quality linen. There are two built in wardrobes with plenty of space for your belongings. The room is decorated with colourful Moorish rugs and cloth, antique furniture and lots of beautiful artefacts. |

| The view goes over the garden and the hills to the coastal area up to the sea in the distance. The main bedroom has it own en-suite bathroom. It has a bath with shower, basin and toilet. |

| Many lovely details add to the feel of comfort and luxury. The house does offer a second double bedroom, also with its own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, basin and toilet. |

| Please note that however that the house has two bedrooms, it is a typical hideaway for two. Casa de la Luna is not suitable for small children. |

| Location: Casa de la Luna is located in the white village of Gaucin. Gaucin has all amenities. It is 90 minutes to Malaga airport, and less than 30 minutes to the beaches of the Mediterranean coast. |

| Surroundings: Gaucin is a spectacularly beautiful mountain village commanding sweeping views to Gibraltar and the Rif mountains of north Africa. Its magnificent castle dates from the time of the Roman settlement, and was later expanded by the Arabs into a fortress. There are numerous remains of ancient civilizations in the area. Within a 2 hour drive are Seville, Granada and Cordoba. An easy drive away from Casa de la Luna are many famous beaches and golf courses. |
